Wednesdays blessings

Six hands are far better than two hands. Tonight just as the temperature was dropping, we went out as a family and weeded the vegetable garden. I have been out of town so I couldn't tend to it for about ten days, and boy did it need it. We are no where near being finished, but we made a dent in the over growth. Thanks to Brian and Aidan for helping me.

Feeling the spirit is such a blessing. Sometimes you feel it in church and feel wonderful. Other times you are able to feel it in random places. He doesn't need to speak to you, but knowing he is with you is the best feeling ever.

Family time. Not extended family time, though that is wonderful, immediate family time. Just being able to sit down and enjoy a good movie together, that is fantastic.

Candy Land is a popular way to pass the time at our house. Thank you Milton Bradley.

Home teachers. We have been in this ward for over a year now, and today we had our first set of home teachers stop by for a visit. How wonderful they are!

"--Use me." Aidan learning to say excuse me. He knows when to say it and loves to say it for you if you forgot.

Grandparents. Aidan is blessed to have his grandparents and all but one great grandparent. And even better than that...he has many surrogate grandparents that love him, and he loves you. :)

You (Katie): A friend who inspires, loves and cares is worth more than rubies and gold. I love you!
