This is it. Our house. They accepted our offer. We just need to make sure that all of the contingencies are fulfilled. Like the current owners big issue, they need to find another place. But our Realtor told them they have until the 15th to decide on what is going on. Isn't it cute? I am so excited! I checked today...it is .6 miles from the Clearfield Library and 1.2 miles from Sue and 1.8 miles from Grandparents Great. Yea!
