Question.

Aidan loves swimming. Clearfield Aquatic Center offers Mommy and Baby swimming lessons throughout the year. I think I want to put him in swimming lessons. But some have said that he is too little and that I should wait until he gets bigger. I think we will do them in the fall (summer is really booked up with trips and stuff). That will make him about 18 months old. What do you, my devout followers think? To swim or not to swim...that is the question.

Definitely! Great bonding time for the both of you. He wont learn a whole lot but he'll learn to be comfortable in the water. I say do it. I've wanted to for the longest time. I think it would be great.

Swim! If the instructors thought he was too young they wouldn't have a class for "baby and mom." It would be "toddler" or "slightly older child and mom." lol Anyway, you are an awesome mom! I love all the experiences you are giving Aidan.

Go for it! My 15 month-old nephew is doing it right now with his mom and she said they both love it!

I think you should do it. Kristen and Liam are going to do it this summer. If he loves swimming and playing in the water it will be good for him just to get use to if even if he doesn't learn a whole lot.
